Fruit and Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients

450g Rachel's Organic Luscious Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt,
2 Apples,
2 Bananas,
20 Grapes,
12 Strawberries,
Tin of peaches in fruit juice
1 cup Orange juice

Method

First wash the fruit. Then cut, core and slice the apples and peel and slice bananas into large pieces. Stem the grapes, then stem and cut the strawberries in half.

Open the tin of peaches, cut half into pieces save the other half and the juice. Put the fruit into smoothie maker and mix. Add the orange juice and the fruit juice from the peaches and finally add the Rachel's Organic Low Fat Yogurt with Vanilla. Mix and smooth all ingredients. Pour into glass, decorate then enjoy.
